TAMPA BAY MINIATURE ENTHUSIASTS SHOW AND SALE

November 14, 2009 (NOTE:  ONE DAY SHOW!)

 

APPLICATION

 

The undersigned dealer hereby makes application for sale table(s) for the above described show and agrees to the following terms and conditions of the sale:

 

1.     Dealer expressly releases the sale sponsors and all affiliated persons from any and all liability for damage, injury, or loss to any persons or goods from any cause whatsoever, and further agrees to indemnify the above named parties against any and all claims for damage, injury or loss arising out of or in connection with the use of space or grounds in this sale, or the display and/or sale of merchandise by dealer.

 

2.     The sale sponsors shall not be responsible to any dealer for damage, loss or injury if this sale is canceled.  Dealer shall be entitled to a full refund of table fees in the event that the sale is not held as agreed upon.  No refunds will be made if dealer cancels after November 1, 2009.

 

3.     Dealers may not rent or share their tables with another dealer without permission of the show sponsors.

 

4.     It is agreed that all merchandise offered for sale will relate to dollhouses and miniatures.  Dealers are to supply their own extension cords and table covers that reach the floor in front of the table.  Dealer is to keep his/her table open at all times during show hours - 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. There are no pets allowed inside the building.

 

5.     Dealers may set up on Friday, November 13, 2009 between 3:00 pm and 8:00 pm.  Setup must be complete by 9:00 am Saturday.  Take-down will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Saturday.  We must be out of the building by 8:00 pm.

 

6.     Sponsors will provide security from Friday night after setup until show opens Saturday morning.  Dealers leaving their sales area during open hours do so at their own risk.

 

7.     Florida state and local sales taxes must be collected on all sales.  (The current rate is 7%.)  Tax receipts will be collected by the sponsor at close of the show unless dealer has a Florida Sales Tax Number.

 

8.     Dealer hereby makes application for     ONE     TWO   THREE   (circle one) 8’ table(s) at $99.00 per table.  A deposit of 50% ($49.50) per table) must accompany application.  The full balance is due by November 1, 2009.  Tables not paid in full by that date are subject to cancellation by the sponsors.
